311 Travel is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied for any reason with your Travel Bag Buddy® within the first 30 days of the ship date, you can return it with the original packaging. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
Email satisfaction@travelbagbuddy.com with your order number and we will provide your return authorization. You must have the returns authorization slip with your item for the return to process. If the item is damaged during shipment or defective, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. In all other cases the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and may ship it back with the carrier of their choice.
We do not accept returns past 30 days.
If your item is defective or damaged please let us know right away so we can make it right and send a replacement. SImply email satisfaction@311travel.com with the details and images of the issue. We will send you a replacement Travel Bag Buddy once the return is approved at no cost.
Cancel an Order
Orders ship usually within 24-48 business hours. If you wish to cancel, please let us know right away and we will refund your order immediately. If the order has shipped, we will refund you once the item is received back and processed by us.
All refunds will be processed with an email confirmation for your records.
